Tippetts and Partners provides international business-to-business media relations and communications campaigns to organisations, predominately in the printing, packaging, textile and converting value chains.

We devise and implement tailored campaigns, for boosting brand recognition, market share, website traffic, sales leads using a mix of inbound and outbound techniques, including media relations, blogging, newsmails and advertising. We bring in a network of professional photographers and technical translators to suit the client’s strategic and tactical goals.

Managing director Adrian Tippetts, and consultant Michael Reidy have over 50 years of print industry PR experience between them.

About Adrian

An experienced copywriter and media relations professional, Adrian has devised and implemented international campaigns for machine, materials and software providers all along the manufacturing process.

His first taste of the industry was promoting the ‘no-label look’ to the UK food and beverage market in the 1990s. Since then he has covered a diverse range of topics relating to branding, product authentication and security, prepress workflows, lean and smart manufacturing, ink logistics, the major printing processes among others – with experience of working with major marketing communications agencies as well. Adrian’s fluency in German, Dutch and French gives him the capabilty to manage campaigns internationally.

About Michael

Michael has 30 years’ experience as a writer on printing and graphic arts technologies. This includes paper-making; flexo, offset litho, gravure, screen and digital printing; 3-D printing, and textile printing. Apart from knowledge of the processes, he has extensive knowledge of associated applications.

As marketing director of Bespoke Publications, and later editorial director, he wrote for many of the world’s innovative suppliers. Among others, he wrote press releases, features and case studies for DuPont (Cyrel® and Digital Cromalin®), W R Grace, Goss International, Xerox, IBM, Indigo, The Internet Company, MoDo Paper, M-Real, AVT, QuadTech, Scitex Vision, S A International, HP, as well as copy for brochures, newsletters, advertising, direct mail, exhibition presentations and other marketing materials. His activities extend to event organisation and management, product branding, web development, scripting and directing photo-shoots.

He has worked as a military journalist and teacher. His plays have been produced in the UK, Ireland and Hong Kong; he has published ten novels, numerous articles on other subjects, and is a governor of two schools.
